RETURNS
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. However, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and unused, with the original seal intact.
- The product must be damaged during shipment (e.g., broken jar).
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing a product, please contact us immediately at info@burkeavenue.com. We will work with you to track your package or replace damaged items at our expense.
For exchanges of damaged products, please return the damaged items to our office, and we will ship a replacement promptly.
